MPM Construction was proud to be the Construction Manager for this interesting and unique project located at Sun Dale Resort on Long Lake, SK.  The Beach Club is a multi use facilty with resort style rental units on the main floor, with change rooms and shower facilities on the lower level for beach goers.  This unique energy efficient building boasts an ICF foundation, spray foam insulation in the attic, rain water capture system for irrigation as well as solar panels to supplement the heating system.
